The Jund Ansar Allah : Statement regarding Hamas Massacre

And whoever defends himself after his being oppressed, these it is against whom there is no way (to blame). [As-Shura:41]

The way (to blame) is only against those who oppress men and revolt in the earth unjustly; these shall have a painful punishment. [As-Shura:42]

May Allah have mercy upon our martyrs!

We swear by Allah, whom no god is to be worshiped but He; who has raised the seven heavens one above another with no pillars

We will seek revenge for your blood, and we will widow their wives just as they widowed the wives of our Mujahedeen.

We attacked the children of Zion in their houses, and we returned safe to our families. Yet they have been killed at your hands on Friday evening and on these blessed days -- All for the sake of propaganda that Hamas wants to incorporate mosque into the government's Ministry of al-Awqaf (religious endowments).

With its decision, Hamas harvested the souls of the Mujahedeen and civilians under the pretext that we are takferieen (those who falsely accuse others of idolatry) and that we belong to al-Qaida. We have repeated many, many times that we have no connection to any explosions inside the Gazza strip. Moreover, some of hte most famous words of our Emir, abu-Abdullah al-Muhajer, may Allah have mercy upon him, and accept him as a martyr- are his words to those Mujahid youth who supported takfeer and wanted to join the Jund-Ansar-Allah group. He used to turn these youths away and tell them they were not ready to work with us.

With all due respect to Hamas, abu-Abdullah was among Israel's most wanted, and his military and Jihadi resumes are brilliant. He was considered a general from a military persepctive, and he was a specialist in manufacturing bullets. He worked alongside Hamas and offered them his expertise. The most important of these was the simulation training hall - you have probably seen the Jund-Ansar-Allah training there in our videos.

abu-Abdallah was very close to Muhammad al-Ja’bary, the Qassam leader, abu-Ash-Shaimaa, and abu-Mu’ath. He had a close personal relationship to them, and in return, they killed him. They killed him when they relaized that Jund-Ansar-Allah will grow stronger and stronger on the ground. They killed him when they realized that anyone who wants to wage jihad correctly will know that their path is the path of democracy and legislation and elections and bickering between them and Fatah and their internal conflicts. Anyone who wants to wage jihad correctly will know that theirs is not te path for the Mujahidiin who joined Qassam for jihad's sake.

Through our website, we officially stated and we repeat once more that we have never intended to explode any of the security headquarters of attack any elements of Hamas. As Fatehy Hammad stated, we have not killed anyone since our group rose to oppose you. We have not had any connection whatsoever to any explosion that has taken place on Palestinian ground. We have not declared anyone to be an infidel and we do not belong to al-Qaida. This was the decision of our Emir, abu-Abdullah, and we are now waiting for our new Emir.

Allah is Sufficient for us and He is the Highest Trustee over the fitnat (discord) ignited by some of the "traitorous Hamas leadership". We are innocent of what will come as a result of this discord in the days to come.

Note:
Hamas has stolen many things from the Mujahideen of Jund-Ansar-Allah, including $120,000, military equipment and military supplies intended for the Greater Ghazwat (invasion according to Islamic Sharia doctrine). In addition to this, Hamas amassed a significant debt connected to a piece of land and a house belonging to the family of abu-Abdullah al-Mohajer. abu-Abdullah rented the house to the Interior Ministry of the Hamas Administration. A part of the house was destroyed in the clashes between Fatah and Hamas, and the occupation forces blew it up before the last war. Hamas agreed to a one million dollar compensation for the destroyed house, but the Hanneya Administration reneged on the debt and paid nothing. Now abu-Abdullah is a martyr and these debts are around the neck of Ismail Hanneya, because Jund-Ansar-Allah was founded on the personal money of abu-Abdullah. He was one of the wealthiest men in Syria, and devoted his souls and his money to support Islam and Muslims.

رحم الله شهدائنا .. والله الذي لا إله إلا هو الذي رفع السموات الطباق بلا عمد

لنثأرن لدمائكم ولنرملن نسائهم كما رملوا نساء مجاهدينا

غزونا بني صهيون في عقل دارهم ورجعنا لاهلينا سالمين غانمين .. فقتلوا علي أيديكم في ليله الجمعة وفي هذه الأيام المباركات

كل هذا لأجل الدعاية التي نشرتها ان حماس تريد ضم المسجد الي وزارة الأوقاف

حصدت مع قراراها أرواح المجاهدين والمدنين تحت بند أننا قاعدة وتكفيرين

فقد كررناها مراراً وتكراراً انه لسنا علي علاقة بأي تفجير حدث داخل قطاع غزة ، وكان من ابرز كلمات أميرنا ابو عبد الله رحمه الله تعالي نحسبه شهيد ً ولا نزكي علي الله أحدا ، كان يقول للشباب المجاهد

الذي أراد أن ينضم الي جماعة جند أنصار الله وكان يريد التكفير ،، كان يرده ويقول له أنت لست جاهز للعمل لدينا

ويكفي حركه حماس شرفاً ،، أن أبا عبد الله كان من أهم المطلوبين لإسرائيل وكانت سيرته الجهادية والعسكرية لامعة

حيث كان يعد جنرالاً في الأمور العسكرية ومتخصصاً في صناعة الطلقات.. وعمل لدي حماس وقدم لديها خبراته أهمها ان اوصل اليهم صالة التدريب بالمحاكاة "السمليشن" التي رأيتم مجاهدي جند أنصار الله يتدربون عليها في إصدارتنا ، وكان مقرباً جداً جداً لمحمد الجعبري قائد القسام وابو الشيماء وابو معاذ .... كان علي علاقة وطيدة جداً معهم

فكان جزاءه أن قتلوه ، عندما علموا أن جماعة جند أنصار الله ستقوى أكثر وأكثر علي الساحة وان من يريد ان يجاهد بحق يعلم

أن طريق الديمقراطية والتشريعي والانتخابات والترهات التي تجري بينهم وبين فتح وخلافاتهم الداخلية ليس هي طريق المجاهدين الذي انضموا للقسام لأجله

ومن خلال موقعنا نؤكد رسمياً ونكررها ثانية أننا لم نكن ننوى ان نفجر اي مقر امني او نهاجم اي عنصر من حماس ولم نقتل احد منذ نشأة جماعتنا علي خلافكم ، كما ذكر المدعو فتحى حماد

ولم يكن لنا اي ضلع نهائياً في اي تفجير حدث علي الساحة الفلسطينية ، ولم نكفر احد ، ولسنا تبعاً للقاعدة ، هذا كان قرار اميرنا ابو عبد الله

ونحن الآن بانتظار أميرنا الجديد

وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل علي الفتنة التي أشعلتها بعض " قيادات حماس العميلة "

والتي نحن براء من ما سيحدث نتيجة عنها في الأيام القادمة

ملاحظه : من ضمن السرقات التي قام حركه حماس بسرقتها من المجاهدين في جماعه جند أنصار الله 120 ألف دولار ، ومعدات وعتاد غزوة البلاغ ، وهناك قطعه أرض ومنزل كانت لعائلة أبي عبد الله المهاجر التي قام بتأجيرها لوزارة الداخلية في حكومه حماس وتم تدمير جزء من المنزل بين أحداث فتح وحماس ومن ثم قامت قوات الاحتلال بنسفها قبل الحرب الأخيرة ، حيث ان له مبلغ تعويض عن المنزل التي استأجرته منه حكومة حماس مبلغ مليون دولار من حكومة هنية وعدوه بها ولم ينل شئ ، وهاهو أبي عبد الله شهيدا وهذه الديون في رقبة إسماعيل هنية لان جماعة جند أنصار الله نشأت علي اموال ابو عبد الله الخاصة لان كان من أغني الأغنياء في سوريا ، وهب نفسه وماله فداءً للإسلام والمسلمين .
